Breakdown service rates

Breakdown service is available round the clock throughout the French motorway network.

Motorway breakdown service exclusively by approved operators, for safety reasons

  • Minor problems are fixed in situ
  • For more serious problems, the breakdown service operator will tow the vehicle to the garage.
  • Breakdown call-out and tow-in fees are set by the French government.

Conditions and fees

  • Fees applicable for calls from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

  • Fees applicable for calls from 18:00 to 08:00 Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
